I finally arrived at the city if green. This city is incredibly green compared from were I was previously. I am so thankful for God's creation from coal cities to green cities. I am glad I can be able to live in both and experience the differences.
I was welcomed by friends that were excited I was finally here. I am blessed to have these friends helping me become familiar with the area. They were so kind and took me for my first dinner to a restaurant that served northeastern food. I am glad this restaurant is a 5 min. walk from my apartment. Father knows that food is a very important to me! haha.
There is even a french bakery just down the road from the restaurant! It all looks good but I'll just have to try it out myself! ;)
The green city has been awesome so far! There are a few differences that I am going to need to adapt to. The most apparent one is the climate, it honestly feels like a living in a sauna. I am sticky all the time, and when I get in a taxi I am freezing all over b/c I am sweated all over! The second is the language I have been able to communicate with the people here, but I have had a hard time listening to their accents and pronunciation. Those 2 are the top differences I have seen my first day and half, but I know Father will is bigger than these after all they are His creation! He has led me here, He has a plan for me.
