Seriously it is the next best thing to central heating! Ok, maybe not...The way you heat it up is, as the name suggests by using electricity! It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes until it is nice and hot!
It also comes with a satchel to put the heating pad into and fasten around the waist; hen fangbian -very convenient! 
What a lifesaver in this cold wet season! Thank You , Father for your provision and creativity! Now I just need to drink some hot flower tea.
